Why it matters
What a local warehouse does for you
Most orders travel one or two states, not coast to coast. Customers near a warehouse regularly see delivery at the low end of the 12–25 day window.
Less freight damage
Every terminal transfer is a forklift touching your pallet. Fewer miles means fewer transfers, which is why our damage rate stays under one percent.
Freight stays free
Regional lanes cost us less than national ones. That saving is what lets us include standard freight and liftgate on every order instead of quoting it at checkout.
Stock in more than one place
Popular models are stocked in at least three warehouses. If one runs dry after a sale, the next nearest picks up the order without a long backorder.
Parts and warranty nearby
Warranty parts ship from the same regional warehouse that dispatched your machine, so a replacement cylinder or control board is days away, not weeks.
Pre-ship inspection
Each warehouse checks fluids, tracks, hoses and fasteners before crating. Machines leave ready to run, and the inspection sheet ships in the document pouch.
Warehouse pickup is not available. Our locations are distribution facilities without a customer counter, and freight to your address is already free within the 48 states. Equipment viewings at the Jacksonville headquarters can be arranged by appointment; call (904) 214-3064 to set one up.
