Estimate your delivery

Where are you shipping to?

Pick your state and we show which warehouse your order leaves from and a realistic transit window for Standard and Express. Stock permitting, we always ship from the closest location.

Select a state to see your nearest warehouse and estimated business-day transit.
Order journey

From checkout to your driveway

Order placed Confirmation email with your GE- order number. Changes and cancellations are free within 24 hours.
Processing 1–2 business days. Nearest warehouse inspects, fills fluids where applicable, crates and straps the unit to a pallet.
In transit Carrier and PRO number emailed at pickup. Tracking updates at each terminal scan.
Delivered Carrier calls to book a window, lowers the pallet with a liftgate, delivers curbside. Inspect before you sign.
Processing time

1 to 2 business days for in-stock items. Orders placed after 2PM EST start processing the next business day. Express orders are picked first.

Coverage

All 48 contiguous states, residential and commercial addresses. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, PO boxes or outside the United States.

Tracking

Carrier name and PRO number by email at dispatch. Use the carrier links on the track order page. Quiet days between scans are normal for LTL.

Freight delivery

Curbside only, by appointment. The driver lowers the pallet with a liftgate to the ground at the curb or end of a truck-accessible driveway. An adult must be present to inspect and sign.

Damaged or short shipment? Do this before the driver leaves

Walk around the pallet, check the crate, banding and every visible surface. Write any damage or missing pieces on the delivery receipt before you sign, take photos, and email them to info@garagequipments.com within 24 hours with your order number. We file the claim with the carrier and arrange repair, parts or a full replacement at no cost. A clean signature on a damaged shipment weakens the claim, so if the damage is severe you can refuse the delivery and call us from the curb at (904) 214-3064.

Delivery day checklist

Be ready when the truck arrives

A few minutes of preparation keeps the delivery quick and protects you if anything went wrong in transit.

Answer the carrier's scheduling call. They will phone the number on your order 1 to 2 days ahead; unanswered calls delay delivery and can incur storage fees after 3 days at the terminal.
Confirm a 53-foot trailer can reach your address. If your road, gate or driveway will not take a full-size truck, tell the carrier when they call so they can send a smaller vehicle or meet you at an accessible point.
Clear a flat, firm spot at the curb or driveway entrance. Liftgates need level ground; gravel, soft grass and steep slopes are not safe for a 2,000 lb pallet.
Have an adult (18+) present with the order number and a phone with a camera.
Inspect the packaging and the machine before signing. Photograph all four sides and note anything on the receipt.
Plan how you will move it. Excavators and skid steers can be driven off the pallet; lifts, crates and mowers need a pallet jack, forklift or two or three people.
Keep the packaging for 15 days. Returns must go back in original packaging, and the crate protects the unit if a warranty inspection is needed.
Shipping questions

The details people ask about

Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
Yes, free of charge as long as the order has not been dispatched. Call (904) 214-3064 or email info@garagequipments.com with the order number and the new address. Once the carrier has picked up, an address change becomes a reconsignment with the carrier and is charged at their rate, usually $75 to $150, plus any extra transit time.
What if I am not home for the delivery?
Freight is delivered by appointment, so pick a window when you or another adult can be there. If nobody is present the driver cannot leave the pallet and the shipment goes back to the terminal; carriers charge a redelivery fee (typically $90 to $180) which is passed on to the customer. If your plans change, call the carrier before the window to reschedule.
Do you offer inside delivery or placement in my garage?
No. All freight is curbside: the driver lowers the pallet to the ground at the curb or the end of a truck-accessible driveway and that is where the carrier's responsibility ends. Drivers do not enter garages, buildings or backyards. If you need the unit positioned inside, arrange a forklift, pallet jack or a local rigger in advance. Excavators, skid steers, tractors and mowers can usually be driven off the pallet on arrival.
Can I pick up my order at a warehouse?
Not at this time. Our warehouses are distribution facilities without a customer counter, and freight is already free to your address in the 48 states, so there is no saving to be had. Equipment viewings at our Jacksonville headquarters can be arranged by appointment; call to set one up.
How do I track my shipment?
When the carrier collects your order you get an email with the carrier name and PRO number. Enter it on the carrier's tracking site; direct links are on our track order page. LTL tracking updates at terminal scans, not continuously, so a gap of a day or two is normal. If there is no movement for 3 business days, send us the order number and we will trace it.
Do you ship over holidays?
Warehouses and carriers close on US federal holidays, and those days do not count toward the 12–25 or 5–15 business-day windows. Expect an extra 2 to 4 days around Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year, when carrier networks run at capacity. Orders placed in the last two weeks of December typically deliver in mid-January on Standard freight; choose Express if you need it sooner.
