Our story
Started in a Jacksonville shop
Garage Equipment began in 2019 on Philips Highway in Jacksonville, Florida, when Autokato Engineering Ltd started importing two-post lifts for its own service bays and the shops around it. Word got around that the lifts were solid and the price was honest, and within a year we were stocking lifts for other garages across the Southeast. The formula has not changed since: buy in volume from manufacturers we have vetted in person, ship from a US warehouse, and leave out the dealer markup and the freight surprise at checkout.
In 2020 we added our first mini excavators and the business changed. Landowners, contractors and hobby farmers wanted the same thing shop owners did: a machine that works, delivered to the driveway, backed by someone who picks up the phone. Since then we have built a six-warehouse network, added skid steers, compact tractors, zero-turn mowers and utility vehicles, and passed ten thousand units delivered. In 2026 we brought everything under one roof at garagequipments.com. We are still in the same building, and the number on this page still rings a desk in it.

Every machine carries a 1-year parts and labor warranty, extendable up to three more years. Claims go to warranty@garagequipments.com and get a reply within 1–2 business days.
03 A person answers
Call (904) 214-3064 and you get someone in Jacksonville who can check stock, quote a bundle, or pull up your order. Emails are answered within one business day.
04 Certified equipment
Engines are EPA and CARB certified. Lifts are built to ALI-referenced load standards. We do not list a machine we would not put in our own bays or on our own land.
