Atlas builds the lift most people picture when they think about putting one in a two-car garage: a 9,000 or 10,000 lb two-post with a clear floor, single-point lock release and a footprint that fits a standard bay. The four-post range covers storage and service, with 8,000 lb parking lifts that let a second vehicle live underneath and 14,000 lb alignment models for shops.

We stock Atlas in every warehouse because the parts interchange across model years and the install is straightforward for a competent two-person crew. Columns, arms and power units ship bolted to a single pallet.

BendPak is the step up for shops that lift cars all day. Their XPR two-post line uses heavier columns, triple-telescoping arms and a direct-drive cylinder layout that keeps equalization tight through years of cycles. The HD four-post series adds true alignment options and 14,000 lb capacities for trucks and vans.

Expect a higher price and a heavier pallet. In exchange you get a lift that holds resale value, a broad accessory catalog, and a nationwide service network we can point you to if you ever need on-site work beyond our warranty.

Katool is the house brand of Autokato Engineering Ltd, the company behind Garage Equipment. It began with the two-post lifts we imported for our own bays in 2019 and grew into a shop-equipment line: swing-arm and tilt-back tire changers, motorized wheel balancers, transmission jacks and a 9,000 lb two-post lift that undercuts the big names by a wide margin.

Because we control the supply chain, Katool is the line we can support fastest. Every wear part, from bead breaker blades to balancer cones, is stocked in Jacksonville and ships within a day of a warranty request.

Triumph is where most first-time lift buyers land. The NT-9 two-post gives you 9,000 lb of capacity, a 110V or 220V power unit and a column height that clears a 10-foot ceiling. The NSS-8 four-post is the storage answer for a collector with more cars than bays.

They are not built for a commercial bay running eight hours a day, and we say so. For a home garage doing brakes, exhaust and oil changes on weekends, a Triumph lift installed on 4-inch concrete will outlast the vehicles it lifts.

Tuxedo sits between the budget lifts and the premium commercial lines. Their TP9KAC and TP12KC two-posts are popular with independent shops that want an ALI-certified lift without the BendPak price, and the FP8K four-post with the dual-station option is one of the most requested storage lifts we sell.

Tuxedo also builds the mid-rise scissor lifts we recommend for tire, wheel and detailing work where a full-height lift is overkill. Parts availability is excellent and their documentation is among the clearest in the category.

Alpha Mach covers the outdoor side of the catalog. The zero-turn range starts with a 48-inch residential deck and goes up to 61-inch commercial units with fabricated decks, hydro-gear transaxles and EPA-certified V-twin engines. Lawn tractors fill in for sloped yards where a zero-turn is the wrong tool.

Their full-size utility vehicles are the newest addition: gas UTVs with dump beds and 2-inch receivers for hauling feed, fencing and firewood around a property. Everything ships assembled on a pallet with a battery, fluids and a first-start checklist.

Ideal is the shop-equipment brand we recommend when a tire changer or balancer will see daily commercial use. Their leverless and tilt-back tire changers handle low-profile and run-flat tires that lighter machines fight with, and the balancers offer laser-guided weight placement and automatic data entry.
