Every machine we sell carries a 1-year parts and labor warranty, and you have 15 days to send back an unused unit if it is not the right fit. Here is exactly how both work, with no fine print hidden.
Unused equipment in its original crate or packaging can go back for a refund. Get a Return Authorization number first, because unannounced freight is refused at the warehouse.
Covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship on every new machine, from the delivery date. Engines from Kubota and other OEM suppliers carry their own manufacturer warranty on top of ours.
Within 15 days of delivery, email info@garagequipments.com with your order number, the item and the reason. We reply with a Return Authorization number and the warehouse address it should go back to.
Strap the machine to its pallet exactly as it arrived, with all manuals, keys, hardware and attachments inside. Write the RA number on two sides of the crate. Units that arrive loose or damaged in transit are your responsibility until they are checked in.
Arrange an LTL carrier of your choice, or ask us to book on our account and deduct the cost from the refund. Either way, insure the shipment for its full value and keep the bill of lading.
The warehouse inspects the unit within 2 business days of arrival. If it is unused and complete, the refund is issued to your original payment method and clears in 5 to 7 business days. Missing parts or damaged packaging are deducted; see the refund policy for details.
Shut the machine down as soon as you notice the problem to avoid making it worse. Take clear photos or a short video of the fault, the serial plate and the hour meter. Note when it started and what you were doing.
Include your order number, model, serial number, hours, a description of the fault and your photos or video. A technician replies within 1 to 2 business days, usually with a diagnosis and a plan.
Most claims are resolved by shipping the replacement part free of charge with phone support to fit it. Where labor is needed we authorize a local mechanic and cover the approved labor, or bring the unit in for repair. If a fault cannot be corrected, we replace the machine.
Note the damage on the delivery receipt before signing, photograph the crate and the machine from all sides, and email info@garagequipments.com within 24 hours with your order number. We file with the carrier, and we pay for the replacement parts or the full replacement unit and its freight. If you sign clean and report damage later, the carrier will usually deny the claim, so take the two minutes at the curb.
Add up to 3 years to the standard 1-year warranty at the time of purchase or within 30 days of delivery. Extended coverage carries the same parts and labor terms and the same 1–2 day response. Pricing depends on the machine, so call or email for a quote.
Send the order number and a few photos. A real person replies within 1 to 2 business days.
